Our Team
The most important part of a child’s camp experience is our team. When camp is over, the canoes have been put up, the horses moved to the barn, and all the campfire extinguished, what a kid remembers most is their counselor. Our seasoned team can’t wait until camp rolls around for another year. We hand-pick our staff from over 300 applicants – all have experience with Kidventure, and all have a great rapport with us. Many return from year to year! Their experience, knowledge of the outdoors, and their unwavering commitment to having fun have made them famous with our kids. They think this is the best job in the world. All Kidventure Counselors possess the following qualifications:
- Age 18 or Over
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Yearly Criminal Background Checks
